Service Description
45 minute Mixed ability Pilates session, mat based, for newbies or experienced, routines have variations for everyone. Must bring your own mat, water and a small hand towel is helpful. Optional to bring a stretch band as sometimes used in routine and used to cool down but not requirement. For PayAsGo please select pay in person when booking block. A free trial session is available, however booking must be made to reserve space either by messaging directly or booking online and filling out parQ form, select pay in person to complete trial class.
