MANA MINI/JUNIOR

Tuesday
Check booking for times 3.30-4.30pm

Children's fun filled Pilates session, this session is for 45mins. A fun class focusing on the different Pilates principles each week, for kids adding a fun creative element to balance, strength, team work and new challenges each week.
Mana Junior for ages 8-11 For younger siblings to join please do message to discuss and check if availability.

Block Booking

Mat based pilates class, providing you with a full body workout for mixed abilities with adaptions and modifications given for everyone. 

Please bring with you a mat, water, band, small hand towel or any other equipment you find helpful. 

Block booking required, if the session is run over a long period e.g 9weeks we can split the block in half. Try before you by, send me a message to reserve your space.

Let’s get Sweaty! An intermediate level class raises the tempo and increases the intensity with flowing sequences, ideal for anyone who has been practicing for some time and wanting to challenge themselves further. Low Impact High intensity! (not recommended for beginners)

Build up your core from the inside out as we focus on the fundamentals of Pilates. Ideal for anyone who is a newbie, wanting a recap to get you back into Pilates or if you are looking to alleviate pain and discomfort and have a healthier level of fitness to carry into every day life. . You will see and feel your progress as we layer up each exercise and make our way through the Pilates repertoire.

MANA FOCUS

30min

A 30 minute Mat based pilates class, providing you with a full body workout for mixed abilities with adaptions and modifications given for everyone. A variety of equipment or alternative household items can often be included throughout the class.
